The Dotul Pocket Door Frame Machine (DT‐700) is used to manufacture pocket door frames consistently and reliably. The DT‐700 is built for repeatable operation that will minimize mistakes and enhance standardization when building pocket door frames.

Features Include:

• 6‐8, 7‐0, 8‐8 pocket door frames can be built in the DT‐700 which reduces the need for multiple machines.
• Rail spacing is adjustable on 6‐8, 7‐0 & 8‐0 heights which allows for different rail spacing configurations.
• Staple firing is automatic for the lower stile when the operator pushes the trigger on the control handle and moves the staple gun assembly making it easier on the operator and giving consistent staple firing.
• Capable of handling two (2) pocket door widths (3.5″ / 5.5″) that will match standard wall openings.
• Loading components and manufacturing the pocket door can be done by one person.
• Includes three (3) Senco staple guns, with the two (2) lower guns having remote firing devices; just add staples and connect the airlines and you ready to make pocket doors. (Recommended staples are 7/16″ crown, 18 gauge, 1 1⁄4″ long)
